Quality Control

Throughout the years Redondo has been awarded many contracts due to our continually high standard of Quality. Every stage of the manufacturing process is checked and rechecked for accuracy. Each step is monitored to ensure strict compliance with our Quality Assurance Program. This program follows the recommendations of PCI's manual #117.

Redondo's quality assurance program is a two-fold process involving in-house quality control personnel and an independent testing laboratory. Our in-house personnel are responsible for checking the set-up, casting, and finishing operations, in conjunction with concrete testing, on a regular basis.

To insure accuracy and verify our results, Redondo contracts with an independent laboratory to observe our operations and perform concrete testing on a weekly basis.
